Tixily does not guarantee the legitimacy of events hosted on our platform, and we make no effort to verify their authenticity. Event organizers are solely responsible for the execution and management of their events.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tixily, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected to your access to or use of our services, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property or other rights of Tixily or any third party.
